ULTIMATE "OCTANE"

With the growing awareness of sustainability, the idea of using leftovers and creative upcycling is becoming increasingly important. This is exactly what OCTANE stands for.

Within just two weeks, we set up a production facility that only uses existing resources. Even the production of unnecessary prototypes was avoided thanks to perfect preparation and digital visualization.

A special feature is the use of leftover materials from the suppliers' warehouses and Hummel & Hummel Schuhmanufaktur : leather, mesh, soles, lining - nothing was specially produced. Local resources were used for other "ingredients", such as shoe boxes and labels, in order to avoid transportation routes.

The result: a cool, innovative statement against overproduction and the waste of resources, with high-quality craftsmanship.
