There is good news: Our classic basketball game GAME HI is returning in 2024 with an updated look.

This season's version of the GAME HI features an upper made almost entirely from soft premium leather. The base of this high-top silhouette and the overlays, including the mudguard and heel area, come from an LWG Gold Medal rated tannery.

In addition, we have removed the ankle strap and eyelets to slim down the overall look of the GAME HI LACE UP. All of this underlines the company's goal of achieving maximum sustainability in the production process of our products.

The only exception to the material on the upper is the heel tab with ROOS branding made from fine suede. A small pull tab can be seen directly under the heel tab, a feature that was already a pull-on aid on the original GAME HI in 1990.

The Cordura tongue rounds off this retro beauty. An abrasion-resistant rubber outsole ensures a good grip and pleasant durability. Of course, the inside of the tongue features the original KangaROOS secret pocket.
