With the Coil RX Gorp, we present this season the more colorful variant of the Coil RX, which was only recently reintroduced to our assortment .
This shoe attracts attention in particular due to its great mix of materials. This consists of tear-resistant ripstop fabric, with which the base of the upper was made, and high-quality suede, from which the overlays are. The heel tab, as well as the underlays of the eyestay and the mudguard provide a nice contrast, as they are made of smooth leather. The latter is only noticeable through a small, round window in the mudguard.
A stabilizer made of EVA, which runs once along the entire heel overlay, is clearly placed directly above the midsole. This technology was developed to give the foot optimal lateral stability - already essential in the 1980s for a running silhouette like this.
The DYNACOIL cushioning system in the midsole, the tried-and-tested Ortholite insole and the inner lining made of breathable mesh ensure a high level of comfort. This shoe also has an outsole made of abrasion-resistant rubber for good grip and durability.
