Dutch sneaker and car enthusiast Raymond had the opportunity to realize his two greatest passions in a 1:1 KangaROOS Made in Germany - the result is the KangaROOS "Lupoghini".
The sneaker is inspired by his VW Lupo GTI and was partly made from Volkswagen materials - including carbon leather, VW leather and VW textile Alcantara.

About RaymondRaymond (48) alias The Dutch Sneaker Collector was infected with the Volkswagen virus at a young age by his father. He went with him to all the GTI meetings, Essen Motorshow, Worthersee Treffen Sema Show...and many many more.
His father always modified his cars, and when Raymond graduated from school, they decided to start their own wheel and tire store in the Netherlands called J&R Cardesign, which had been known in the tuning scene for decades and put the finishing touches on many big conversions with crazy wheels.
When his father passed away in 2017, Raymond decided to keep his father's everyday car from that time, a 2001 VW Lupo GTI 16V with 125hp, and dedicate this car as a legacy for everything they ever did in the scene with their company and their shared past.
As of 2017, the car has evolved into a crazy build: the car now has a 2.0TFSI engine that produces over 350hp. It has a full roll cage, Porsche Cayenne brakes front and rear and a full Golf Mk6 GTI Edition 35 interior... and many other modifications that earned Raymond the nickname "LUPOGHINI".
